Hi, I’m Gabi, founder of ElderBridge Care. My passion for helping families find the best senior care solutions comes from a deep respect for older adults and a commitment to ensuring they receive the care, dignity, and quality of life they deserve.

Before launching ElderBridge Care, I worked in the fields of research and psychology, carefully listening to people’s experiences, understanding complex emotional needs, and identifying patterns in human behavior. This background gives me a unique advantage when working with families: I know how to ask the right questions, listen deeply, and uncover what truly matters to each individual. It also helps me navigate sensitive conversations with empathy and clarity, especially during times of uncertainty or change.
